Wise Owl Paint One Hour Enamel Clear

One Hour Enamel Clear is a self-leveling top coat that allows you to return your piece to service fast!  It can be used over Chalk Synthesis Paint, Glaze, and Stain and is 90% cured after 4 hours. Full cure occurs after 14 days.  One Hour Enamel cleat applies exactly like One Hour Enamel Paint and has three finishes: Matte, Satin, and Semi-Gloss.
